Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) provides children who attend St Clare of Assisi Primary School with a safe, fun and positive environment outside of regular school hours, including Before School Care, After School Care and Vacation Care Programs.

Vacation Care
Vacation Care provides children who attend St Clare of Assisi Primary School with a safe, fun and positive environment during the school holidays. Please ensure you have completed an OSHC 2025 Enrolment form when booking for Vacation Care.
Vacation Forms July Program
We are excited to announce that bookings are now open for our Vacation Care program for the upcoming July school holidays! Please note that bookings will close by COB Friday, 27th June 2025. The program will also include care on two pupil-free days: Friday, 4th July and Monday, 21st July. We’ve planned a fun, engaging, and enriching experience for the children, and we look forward to sharing it with them!

Please print and complete the sections relevant to your child’s attendance and return the forms by COB Friday, 27th June 2025. Forms can be returned in person or emailed to Pam at sca.oshc@cg.catholic.edu.au.
Booking Process:
Please note that bookings cannot be made directly through Xplor. All required permissions must be submitted via physical paperwork. Once received, our team will enter the bookings into Xplor on your behalf.
