Wellbeing
At St Clare of Assisi Primary School, student wellbeing is at the heart of everything we do. We are committed to supporting the emotional, social, and personal development of every child through proactive programs and professional support services.
Counselling Support
Our school counsellor, provided through Marymead CatholicCare, is available Wednesday to Friday to support students with:
- Personal development
- Emotional wellbeing
- Learning-related challenges
To request support, please contact the Front Office or contact your child’s teacher to receive a link for the Counsellors Referral Form.
The Resilience Project (TRP)
In 2024, we proudly introduced The Resilience Project, a whole-school wellbeing program that teaches resilience through:
- Gratitude
- Empathy
- Mindfulness
- Emotional Literacy (GEM + EL)
Each week, students engage in explicit lessons and reflective activities that help build stronger connections and emotional awareness across our school community.
With rising mental health challenges across Australia, TRP supports our mission to lead with faith, learning, and care, creating a preventative and empowering approach to wellbeing.
